Who we are

NotioPay provides wallet, payment, merchant, agent, group, and support services. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to customers.

Information we collect

We may collect account details such as your phone number, display name, password credentials, device details, push notification tokens, wallet activity, payment records, merchant or agent activity, group membership records, support requests, and fraud-prevention signals.

When needed for specific features, we may also collect contacts you choose to use for payments or requests, location for nearby merchants or agents, camera access for QR scanning, and images or files you upload for identity, bank account, merchant, agent, or KYC checks.

Why we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, process payments, show receipts, operate group wallets, support cash-in and cash-out, verify merchant or agent profiles, prevent fraud, provide customer support, comply with legal duties, and improve service reliability.

Financial and partner finance information

NotioPay is not a bank or credit provider. If a group requests partner finance review, saving history and group activity may be used to help assess eligibility and route the request to licensed partners. Any finance offer is subject to the partner's own approval criteria, terms, fees, and legal disclosures.

Sharing information

We share information only where needed to operate NotioPay, including with payment processors, verification providers, notification providers, support providers, licensed financial partners, fraud and compliance tools, and authorities where required by law.

Your choices

You can choose whether to grant contacts, camera, photo/file, location, and notification permissions. Some features may not work without the permission they depend on. You can request access, correction, objection, export, or deletion of personal information where the law allows it.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app from the Me screen, or request deletion through our public account deletion page.
